Segni Italy. A lovely, very old town about 20 miles Southeast of Rome. We were invited to have lunch at our artist-friend Alberto Conti's vacation home.

Oh yes I remember well! That was the day the kids threw their food out the window! Mrs. Conti had laborously prepared cow's udders!!!! The picture is wonderful--any chance to send it to my e-mail. I'd like to paint it one day.

It wasn't cows udders it was cows intestines, tripe.Classic Roman pasta. Wonderful dish but the kids didn't go for it. I will send you a jpeg and you can make a painting of it but you must sign my name to it.
