Shipman House
In 1908 Bill Shipman bought this house for his wife as a birthday present. It is in beautiful location in downtown Hilo. Shipman's great granddaughter runs it as a B&B

Hi KBP. I don't know where the Hawaiian royalty lives. I do know the rooms in this B&B start at $200 per night.
