Lots for sale, cheap

For months now lava from Pu'u has been flowing towards the Royal Gardens Subdivision. Although Royal Gardens is almost completely abandoned now and has been since the 1980 when Kalapana was cut off by lava, there have been efforts to reestablish the infrastructure and allow folks to rebuild on their land.
